To preserve the original look of the parts, Aluminum parts are NEVER Sandblasted Aluminum parts are cleaned using a three step process. Parts are cleaned with solvent, blasted with special media designed for Aluminum Oxidation removal and then cleaned with a special solution for factory fresh look. Only the painted parts are blasted with Aluminum Oxide, primed and painted.
All Rebuilt Engines are Test Run for about a hour, oil drained and checked for any metal debris. Engines are shipped WITHOUT OIL All Engine Rebuilds include a 6 month or 3000 mile warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty is void for intentional abuse, Ingestion of Debris (running without air filter) or running engine without oil.
